Soul Anchoring Beads

I love and have spiritual responsibility for a growing number of people. I've written their names on the rectangular wooden tabs - I can hold each one and pray for him or her. I've also added glass beads that represent the Godhead - Father | Son | Spirit - and round wooden beads reminding me of points in my life that God has acted in an undeniable way. This highly portable string helps me remain grounded in God, especially when I travel. (You can get all of this stuff at a craft store.)
Your People
The core group of people for which God has given you responsibility

Exodus 28:6-13. Aaron's ephod.
"Take two onyx stones and engrave on them the names of the sons of Israel in the order of their birth—six names on one stone and the remaining six on the other. Engrave the names of the sons of Israel on the two stones the way a gem cutter engraves a seal. Then mount the stones in gold filigree settings and fasten them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel. Aaron is to bear the names on his shoulders as a memorial before the LORD. Make gold filigree settings and two braided chains of pure gold, like a rope, and attach the chains to the settings."

Ebenezers
Crucial events in your life when God has acted on your behalf. Touchstones of God's faithfulness in your story.

1 Samuel 7:10-13
While Samuel was sacrificing the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to engage Israel in battle. But that day the LORD thundered with loud thunder against the Philistines and threw them into such a panic that they were routed before the Israelites. The men of Israel rushed out of Mizpah and pursued the Philistines, slaughtering them along the way to a point below Beth Car. Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, "Thus far has the LORD helped us." [Ebenezer  = 'stone of help'] So the Philistines were subdued and did not invade Israelite territory again.
